Shelly underwear falling apart

I purchased one pair of ladies Shelly underwear full panty form Edgars in Greenacres.
After one wash the sides is falling apart. This was hand washed so I don't understand how this is possible. And seeing that there is the no return policy on underwear I must now bin this R89.99 underwear. Will never buy Shelly underwear ever.
