I had an issue with the film on my polarized Rayban sunglasses which I purchased from Sunglass Hut a year ago. -- On Monday, 30/12/2013, I went to Sunglass Hut at the Edgars in Tygervalley Shopping Centre. The lady on duty was extremely helpful to explain to me precisely what needs to be done. -- I wrote to Sunglass Hut on 31/12/2013 reporting the issue with my sunglasses. - After a claim form was filled out a few days later (13/01) they sent a courier to my office to collect the damaged pair and issued me with a voucher to purchase a replacement pair - Who would not want to do business with them? This is my 3'rd pair and I will stay a loyal client.
