On 30 Dec 13 I went in-store to report my Samsung refrigerator as irreparable (as indicated by Samsung Call Centre incl ref no). It was agreed that a new fridge would be delivered and the broken one picked up on 31 Dec 13. Today I phoned the store (spoke to Sam) inquiring as to why my fridge has not been delivered as agreed by both parties. I was told that Game cannot get hold of the delivery person (s)? Don't see how that is the customer's problem. I bought an appliance that I am unable to use. In the mean time I am without a workable fridge and I must sit waiting and waiting (and cannot leave my home) so that Game can sort out its internal issues?
Come one! Really!
Poor service! Not how I would have wanted to end off and start my new year!
