What do I start with??

After purchasing a pool table and all accessories from Game on Thursday morning I get told it will be delivered that afternoon.
I take an afternoon off work and nothing arrives. I HAVE TO CONTACT GAME at 17h30 to find out what went wrong. Paul (my salesman) says the truck broke down. I spoke to the manager thereafter and was told that deliveries cannot be done on the same day and Paul should not have said that.
I am then promised by manager that it will be the first delivery in the morning. I take a morning off work AGAIN and get told it will arrive between 09h30 & 11h00. AFTER CONTACTING THEM AGAIN AT 11h00 they finally arrive at 11h35.
The pool table arrives but no pool cue as ordered and it was not even on the delivery note they had typed out.
Further to that I open up the box and 2 legs are damaged! Vinyl is completely ripped off.
I phoned Marlon Govender and emphasized the fact I had paid for a 57inch cue.
So the new legs arrive and the incorrect pool cue arrives this is now the second delivery and Game still get it wrong, a 48" arrives! I am not happy with the level of incompetence that Game has displayed over the past two days and that we have 2 new legs and 2 old ones.
