It is now 5 weeks since I cancelled a parcel and 4 weeks since I posted a complaint on Hellopeter and the parcel is STILL at my house. I have sent them emails every single week to ask when the parcel will be picked and NO ONE has answered me yet.
Consumers please be warned that is not the same Kalahari we were used to, Customer service and delivery is beyond pathetic and dealing with them has been an utter utter nightmare.
It breaks my heart because they were my favourite online store for 10 years. Now, I am sitting with a parcel that was 3 weeks later than promised and 1 week later than Xmas. What must i do with it and why is it my problem??
