Previous report on hello peter still not resolved

The same issue I posted on the 24th Dec 2013 has still not been resolved. In summary: I still have not been refunded my R6300 for a defective playstation 4 that failed to work out-of-the-box on the 14th Dec. My experience so far: 1) late delivery despite pre-ordering in SEPT, 2) device immediately returned to kalahari, 3) conflicting updates given by numerous cust supp staff, 4) one operator even gave me a reference number for the phone call where he assured me the funds would be in my bank account by last tuesday, 5) of the five different operators who said they would phone me back after looking into the problem, NOT ONE ever did - this INCLUDES the operator assigned to deal with the first hello peter complaint, Veronica Pieterse - she phoned, gave all the usual apologies, said that she was now dealing with my parcel and that she would look into it and phone me back the next working day between 9 and 10am. That was a week ago!! She also did not respond to a follow up email. Once I get my refund back, even if I have to start involving the lawyers my practice uses, I plan to close down my Kalahari account and will never recommend Kalahari to anyone ever again.
