I pre-ordered the Playstation 4 for R6300 in SEPT to arrive in time for Christmas! Not only did Kalahari fail to deliver the console on the launch date of Dec 13th as advertised but I had to arrange directly with the courier to get it delivered on the 14th (Kalahari customer support was unhelpful and said I would have to wait until the 17th). I opened the console on the 14th to find the known failure-to-load problem described on the internet - the only solution is to replace the console with a new one (my cousin in Scotland had a replacement within 24hrs!). I followed the steps to return the parcel, with many conversations with the cust supp and numerous reassurances that it would arrive in time for Christmas. As the week ended last week I have not had one phone call from Kalahari to update me despite the parcel being returned to their warehouse! A line manager by the name of Michael, who I spoke to on Saturday, said all the usual things, took down my details and said he would phone me first thing on the Mon. I have still not heard from him despite my phoning twice and leaving messages. I am really disappointed in the poor customer service especially for such an expensive item.
