I pre-ordered Despicable me 2 in August this year, I have moved to another address, i phone Kalahari at the beginning of November to inform them, usually the delivery company phones me to ask if I am available, this did not happen, I have since then phone Kalahari 3 times trying to fin out when I will receive my parcel, they have confirmed that the parcel was returned to them and assured me on both occassions that they promise it will be sorted out... ita has not been 3 working days and Kalahari still have not phoned me back. i phoned today to speak to a manager and woe be told... NONE are available. AMAZING scuh awesome service i am receiving>>>>>NOT
