I work in a rural area with limited cellular signal. I am therefore patient when people cant get hold of me on my cellular phone. After my last complaint on Hello Peter, Victoria Pieterse called me on my cell and left a message, and emailed me as well to inform me that she had tried to get hold of me, unsuccessfully. I responded to the email with land line numbers that she can reach me on as she did not leave me with a number that I can contact her on. Victoria then called me on Tuesday 07/01/2014 and we had a chat about my last complaint. She then assured me that she would call me by the end of the day with feedback. I have been patient and waited until today, Friday 10/01/2014, 3 days later. I have still not heard from Victoria, or anyone else at Kalahari about my eBook that refuses to download. Please explain to me when Kalahari will start taking me seriously as a customer. Even with everything I still went online on Wednesday and ordered 5 new books. Perhaps I really should take my business elsewhere. Kobo and Amazon have always given me fantastic service delivery. Kalahari however, quite simply . 3 complaints from me within a period of 3 weeks. Nicely done Kalahari
