I had a terrible experience on a previous order I placed (delivered late, no feedback, etc) and once it had been sorted out I wasn't sure if I would use Kalahari again. I placed another order very close to Christmas last year and the delivery date was set at 23 December. To my delight the parcel was delivered much earlier without any hassles. Thank you Kalahari, you kept your promise when you said you will do better next time ;-)
