My experience as a consumer dealing with OK furniture has not been pleasant to say the least.
All of my issues stem from a warranty of a TV that I have purchased from OK's.
The TV has gone up in a explosive bang and smoke three times and each time they have repaired when I insisted on a credit as I feel this TV will never be reliable and will blow up again as soon as the warranty is expired. The first time I actually got a credit but they used this credit to give me a showroom model. The second time they and claimed to have replaced the TV but when I checked I found that they only repaired it. This is the third time I am sending the TV for repairs and every time I call and speak to a different person at the branch I am given a different reason why they are not able to collect. Sometimes I'm told I have to approve a quote (Manager) which I'm yet to recieve, other times I'm told it's a free service because I paid for the first delivery, and they will collect shortly but I'm still waiting a week later. They were also down-right rude to my elderly mother screaming "we already told you FIND YOUR OWN TRANSPORT! " this after they told me they would collect.
