We purchased a lounge suite from the Port Shepstone branch and were assured that there was stock which would be drawn from the Durban warehouse and after scotch-guarding would be ready for delivery the following Thursday, 30/5/2013. After MY call to the store on Friday afternoon, the 31/5/2013, I was informed that the suite had not been shipped from Durban but that I would receive a call on Monday, 3/6/2013, to advise what the plan of action was. At 16:45, I had not received the call and so I called the store again. The lady I spoke to couldn't help at the time I called as she was busy dispatching, but would call as soon as possible. We have now called at least 4 different numbers trying to reach "someone" in charge. I want a refund-I'll rather get a lounge suite elsewhere-like at the store where we purchased a recliner on a Sunday-there was no stock-stock was drawn from their warehouse, scotch-guarded AND delivered to our house on the Monday afternoon-That's called customer service
