Bought Contessa 3 piece bedroom suite and mirro

On the 12 March 2013, i bought bedroom suite at Morkels Mokopane and paid cash plus delivery, paid almost R7 400 cash. They delivered on 15 March 2013, was received by my helper. When i come back from work i realised that the mirror is cracked and the headboard is scratched and worn out (took photos). I went to the store on saturday 16 March 2013 to report the faults, I was told to bring proof of delivery. The following week on Tuesday i went to the store and gave Sunshine proof of delivery and photos from my phone, he made copies. After a week i went to check how far they are. Sunshine asked if they did not call me yet and made copies again. Last week Tuesday, 09 April 2013, he called to ask for my ID number. Today, 16 April 2013, i was phoned by a guy from Morkels warehouse in Polokwane, he said he is coming to inspect the query. Because i am at work, i asked my helper to call immediately when he arrive. I spoke to the guy and told him to pull the bed so that he can see the headboard clearly, he agreed that it is damaged, but my problem is that he told me that he is taking the mirror for repaires. MY QUESTION IS THAT DID I BUY DAMAGED GOODS OR NEW GOODS. I PAID CASH, MUST BE REPLACED. Johanna Mokoena
