10/12/2013 - I have ordered a couch as seen in Witbank branch, bought it cash and paid delivery charges for it to be delivered.
14/12/2013 - Couch was delivered and wrapping was taken of by delivery guys as I saw it did not look the same. We were told by delivery guys that the Warehouse will replace and collect the couch the next day.
15/12/2013 - Phoned and faxed several times and reported the issue of wrong couch. NO ONE returned my calls or complaints or even the "note" I have written on delivery note.
18/12/2013 - After no avail, I have consulted an Attorney in this matter, as had no positive feedback and only rudeness from staff. Still... the Manager Paul Retief did not get back to me regarding this matter at all.
18/12/2013 - Matter handed over. Handling of this situation was totally and grossly unacceptable and it appears that their quality of product falls in the same category as their service. I am still waiting for positive feedback.
20/12/13 - And still waiting...
