I needed to report my lost Game card no one available at counter. They said she was at lunch but 1:30 later she still had not returned. I had to report my card over the phone eventually. I came back 2nd January 2014 to replace card she was still not available. They paged her 3 times no response.20Min later i I left after asking for a manager they took my number to let me know when she isback.
