I visited the store yesterday to purchase my groceries including items which were advertised to be on special when I got to the till, items were scanning wrong prices, Donna the cashier was friendly enough to call Thingle whom I assume is her supervisor she fixed my items, got to the point where an advertised sanex body wash which was scanning R39-9c made me to be asked to unpack all my groceries as they needed to re-scan everything over again, I did as instructed by Thingle, n then the manager refused to sell me the Sanex on special price claiming its nt the one even when I went to shelf to get the exact sanex advertised on the paper, left me unattended for 30min to get the price where eventually Thingle decided to make me pay the advertised price as the cashier now had to be cashed out to go home.
