On the 27th July 2013, I went to Jet stores krugersdorp CBD to buy a CD (The best of Rhema worship) that was on shelf and it has a price tag, when I got to the till the lady told me that the CD is not for sale it must be taken back to the supplier, she couldn't tell me why, i asked to speak to the manager, when the manager arrived Kgomotso Dikeba he confirmed that they can't sell the CD it must go back to the supplier, I asked him why is it on shelf's and has a price tag if its not for sale, he told me that there's nothing he can do he is just an employee, I asked why they didn't take it away from the shelf's if its not for sale, he wont know until customer brought it to the till and there's no way he can see that it was not for sale. I'm so disappointed that a store manager if he is, he didn't do or give me a better explanation or solution on how this will be fixed in future, I expected at-least to go to the shelf and check if there's any other CD that are NOT FOR SALE. It is not my problem as a customer that Jet Stores doesn't check their stock, now I can assume that things that are on the shelf's are not for sale, I waited at the long queue just to get a disgusting customer serv
