We bought two couches in April 2013 and after about 2 months the cushions looked terrible and needed to be replaced. Our cushions were replaced 3 weeks after lodging the complaint. About 3 weeks after the replacement the cushions were worn out and needed to be replaced again. Coricraft was notified in August 2013 and we were told that someone would contact us. No one did until I made a complaint on Hello Peter in November 2013. So we were told that our cushions would be ready on the 29th of November 2013. Which was a blatant since the cushions weren't finished. The date was then pushed out to the 11th of December and then again to the 21st of Dec. We received a call from the driver saying he was on his way on the 21st of Dec but he never arrived. So now again we are back on Hello Peter just so we can get the standard response from Penny telling us sorry but they will get someone to call us. Either you are understaffed or you just don't give a. Your service is beyond appalling. If this isn't resolved, I'm going to report you to the ombudsman and request a refund. You are wasting my time.
