Activating a cellphone contract has become a painstaking exercise which cost 2 trips to the store in order to finally walk out with the cellphone I wished to purchase.
The staff definitely need training. They didn't even know how to activate the phone/simcard - amongst other things. If they showed a willingness to assist, I would have been more considerate but their non-chalant attitude just added to the aggravation. Everytime I was told, that we need to wait for somone to assist, and that she was on her way - seriously!
It used to be pleasure shopping at that specific branch but I'll think twice before heading out to that specific store again!
