I am a very regular shopper at both Edgars and CNA at Cresta shopping centre, Northcliff, however i intend to stop shopping there and will warn many others to do so!!!
Everytime i go to either store i encounter the following, without fail:
1. the aircons do not OR are not working.
2. The stores are always dirty, smelly and have items in places that they shouldn't be.
3. The staff are rude and seem very unwilling to assist in any matter (my sister recently got a cellphone from CNA cresta and we jumped between 4 staff members just to get the cellphone out of the store room, to top it off it took 45 min to ring up and set up the phone)
4. MOST NB!!! these stores have many telling stations BUT there are never more than 3 tellers at the front at any point, no matter how long the queue!
The staff sit and chat to each other when there are 10-15 people in line!
The staff know nothing about the products in the stores and also need some serious training! i will be deactivating my account very shortly and will find more professional, hygienic, helpful and willing places to open my accounts!
They are letting down our area!
