Left my cellphone in the store

I went to the Sunningdale branch yesterday evening. After placing a takeaway order, I got distracted showing my daughter the pizza oven and the efficiency of the staff making the pizza's. I left my cellphone at the table during this time.

After leaving the store and on my way out of the shopping complex I saw the cashier frantically running behind my car. He stopped us and showed me my cellphone that I had left behind. I haven't had a chance to return to the store to get his name and say THANK YOU again, but I hope this message inspires others in Service Excellence.
