Is It Poor Service or a Brand Problem

Ted's installed a Bosse air-conditioner that worked very well for a year.

Then;
We 'Had To' have it serviced to comply with the contract and that's when the wheels came off.
The unit simply did not cool like it did before the service and seemed to get worse gradually.
The unit was serviced again and there has been NO improvement.
Before the service we had days of 34 degrees Centigrade and the unit had no problem to keep the room at 18 when set to 18. (Accurate digital thermometer in the room)
Now set at 16 the unit battles to get the temp down to 22.5 and the outside temps haven't been above 29.

So I ask; is the Bosse brand a problem or is it Ted's servicing??
Now they maintain they can only come in 3 days time.

I have a genetic problem and cannot cool off like an average human..
I cannot sleep at temperatures of over 20. So an air is not just a nice to have but an essential accessory.
