Hi,
Extra charges was added to my account for Accident Insurance, Family provider plan and hospital Cash back. I never requested this and I have no idea what it is for. I would like to have this removed and refunded.
I mailed Edgars on the accounts email address (as indicated on the statement) on 21 December with no response to date. I also tried calling on the telephone number on the statement and only get a message saying "Network is congested".
Please help me to get this sorted out.
