Good Day, i have the clothing account with Jet stores, and since last year December my balance doesnt reduce it always goes up, last week i received a message saying they are going to make me a slow payer on ITC, i mmediately went o Edgars to make a payment, i also asked them, why is my balnece not going down, they told me i have Policies, and i didnt knw anything about those thing, i went o Jet to complain and i asked they why did they put things on my account without my consents, the policies are as follows
JET CLUB was added on 2007 December, the amount R22.50
HOSPITAL CASH BACK PLAN was added on 2012 December amonut of R43.00
FUNERAL PLAN was added on the 2012 December, amount of R35.00
PERSONAL INCIDENT was added on the 2012 December, amont of R22.00
ACCOUNT PROTECTION was added on the 2007 December, amount of R33.00
in total i have been making pay of R777.00 since last year, paying for what i didnt ask for, i called Jet last week and asked them to cancel them and pay all the amount back to my account, I spoke to team leader Lirapela Lehong and he told me he'l come back to me, im still waiting for him to call me and put the amount back i have paid in my accout.
