Family Provider Plan

Edgars are very quick to threaten if the account is in arrears via letters but do not respond to find out why there are arrears. Somebody phoned me some time ago from Edgars to see if i would be interested in some life insurance and other policies. I accepted as there were a 7 day to cancel it if not satisfied after receiving the contracts. When the contracts arrived i immediately took them to Edgars Diamond Pavilion Mall Kimberley to cancel all the said insurance policies as it was underwritten by Hollard and i do not trust Hollard due to previous experience. All were cancelled on the next Edgars bill except the said Family Provider Plan. Today months later and after several attempts to verbally cancel it, stopped payment to get response and letters to Edgars head office i once again received a statement and guess what? the R32.80 Family Provider still show. What now? how do one get response from Edgars to stop this? Hollard do not pay and i am not willing to enrich them.
