March 2013, I noticed that Edgars charging me a fee for a "partner protection plan". I then called the customer services & asked what these charges are for. I was told that the Partner protection plan is a product that is added to your account for your partner if he/she also has an account at Edgars. I then enquired when this product was added to my account and when did anyone call to sell me this product in order for me to give consent to add this to my account, I was informed that this product was added in 2003, therefore for 10 years i have been charged for this product without me giving consent to do so. I told them to immediately cancel as I could not have added this to my account in 2003 as I did not have a partner and would not need this product. I asked to investigate as I want evidence that I did actually give consent for this. After 3 months the response was that I should have noticed this within 3 months of it being added and they cannot refund me for charging me this fee for 10 years even though they could not find evidence of me giving consent to add this product which they added illegally to my account. All edgars account users check your accounts you are being robbed
