I bought a dress from truworths 4 days ago, and returned the dress as I thought id take the smaller size. on returning they said I cannot take the item back as its on sale now, but I realised it was not. as the same dress with a different style number and type was on the dres.. I went back to the tellers to tell them that I prefer to take back the size 32 but they were as hard as rocks as the manager in the red top was saying no. they said they will only put it back at 7:45. so I called at 7:45 to ask them to keep it aside and they said there is no dress in size 32... terrible! please don't bother sending me messages about your sales. I don't need to support you.
