I am writing to you to complain about a bed we bought on 27 December 2013 from your store in Woodmead - The Bed Shop. We purchased a Gel Orthopaedic Mattress King - Price R 7, 100. The bed was delivered to us on Monday, 28 December 2013.
I was assured by you and by the first lady, Gordene that the bed we (my wife and I) were to purchase was good quality and that there would be no issues. I have never slept on such a bad bed. I informed the first lady, Gordene (I think that this was her name) that I had back issues and she recommended the Orthopaedic bed which she assured would be fine for my back and that we (my wife and I) would sleep well on same.
We have slept on the bed on Monday and Tuesday night - just 2 nights - we still have the plastic cover. My wife who never complains of back pain says her back is now sore. She cannot sleep on the bed and we have both had restless and sleepless nights.
I record that I have advised you by telephone on your cell and by SMS that I want to return the bed and get my moneys back. I will pay for the transport. That is only fair. This as set out in my SMS is because I am not content with the bed. I have read on the internet that your comp
