Hello

i bought a phone at jet store on the 23 december 2013 and on the 27 december 2013 i realised when i was removing the simcard i bought with the phone to insert my own old simcard, that the simcard reader has been damaged and the battery phone is loose in the phone. I went to the store to return the phone as it was still under 7 days warranty. They told me they are not responsible for the faults and that the warranty only covers for the camera and phone manu if there are not working only and the phone faults do not fall under OUT OF BOX FAILURES. Iv been going to the store for three days without assistance. They argue that its not their fault the phone is like that we have to take it to repair on own expenses as a physically damaged phone. They treated us badly and called as holigangs as we were angrying and wanted assistant. I would like to know what need to be do for us to get a new phone or for them to repair the phone on their expenses. Thank you in advance.
