We reported a fualt on our samsung washing machine which wqs procured fromGame Alberton on the 19th December 2013. subsequently a call was logged with samsung who only called and advised that they will send a technical resource howver still to date nothing transpired in that regard. On the 27th decmber 2013 we received a call from their call center (Tshidi) who referred us back to Game. Our call was then cancelled (WF1702WEU/XFA)
