I took my phone to the store as i was having a problem with connecting to the Internet, Lawrence the consultant broke my simcard chip and i only realised when i got back home i drove back to the store and asked to speak to the manager who was not very helpful and did not take ownership of my problem instead he told the consultant to take my phone to unauthorised technician its been almost 2 weeks without my phone and i know i am going to loose the warranty on the phone since it is not been taken to a authorised cellphone technician and i have not heard anything from the store since i left my phone there. I demand speedy action and compensation as i have spent a lot of money in terms of the petrol, data, and i had to cut my simcard to my micro Sim which i wont be able to use on my phone (if i get it back). I also need to know if i will still have my warranty on the phone as it was not 24months old or else they need to replace it with a new phone.
