Hi, i was very disappointed with the service i got from Lindiwe Tshabalala cashier from Woolworth Jabulani Mall. Went to exchange clothes for my son, some of the things had no price tag or codes on them, she sent me to the shelve with an attitude telling me to go get items with price and she shouted at me cause I asked her to void some item telling her superior by the name of Rachel if I got it right and she gave me one of an attitude, as I was still exchanging there was a difference if 25.00 due to me was told by both ladies it's either I take something if what is owed to me cause the debit card I payed with was not mine, wich they never bothered to ask if it was mine or not, And it's not what is written at the back of the slip. They treated me as though I was their enemy while I was exchanging, if that's the way you train your staff about customers service then i don't wish spending my money with you. An apology from both ladies will be appreciated. Thanxxx
