I am sendigg this complaint on behalf of my mom who has once again not received their vouchers. They have spent a lot of time to your call Centre (from their cell phones) and either nobody understood Afrikaans or they did not want to assist.
My parents wants their last voucher which they did not received to be send to this address (just in case it get lost) - please also change all future correspondence to the address. we will provide when you contact us
Let's see if you respond on this as telephonically it is a disaster..
