No vouchers

Hi i shop at clicks regulary and i have not recieved my vouchers of the last period and i also see on emails i recieve where the card is displayed myne says gold but i still got the blue can clicks send my vouchers i did write in to customer services but i got a email saying that my vouchers will be posted im still waiting
