Poor quality fruit and vegetable

I purchased a bag of potatoes from the store on 02/02/2013. after a day potatoes were getting rotten. Did not even last a week. They were R 39.99 FOR 7 KG.
I also notice fruits spoil the same day I take them home.
So called Indian vegetables are dried out and look very old.
They do not have stock of the advertised goods.
