I went to clicks to redeem my cash back vouchers on Tuesday and I was told to 1st go print out the vouchers, I understood that they needed the hard copy. Then after driving around with my son looking for an Internet cafe to print, i managed to print and I went back to clicks lambton. Then I show one of the sales people my voucher telling them that I will be using these, wanting to verify if the print out was fine.
Next thing he tells me that I cannot used these vouchers as I have to wait for the 11th of November. I explained over and over that if I was able to print them from the website then I will be able to use them; and even told him to try it on the till to see if it works and he refused. So I was turned back
Today (Friday) I called the call centre to ask when I can used the voucher and the consultant confirmed that if I can print from the website then I can use it right away.
This was very incompetent of the clicks sales person and it certainly wasted my time.
