I stepped into the store to do a new application. On the 16/09/2013 I went to go and collect the hand set on 16/09/2013, he advised they don't have stock of the handset I wanted. He advised that they would get stock later that day and let me know if I can collect the handset. The week before on the 11/09/2013 he advised they get stock every Thursday. So today I email him to find out if my handset has arrived. He replies, stock came in but not of the handset of my choice and asked if I'm not interested in another handset. I replied asking what other handsets is available but got no response from him. The store is not big and is only busy during lunch times because it caters for the staff in the building. He is not doing a very good job with customer service. He is not showing me that he is prepared to go the extra mile to make me the customer happy. He sits in the store behind a laptop all day but he cant reply to an email that is sent to him. If he don't have the drive for customer service then he shouldn't be working in the customer care environment.
