Pathetic Customer Service

I bought a 3-1 Preg Perego baby car seat and Stroller from Baby City (BC) Fourways. I called BC 23/06/2013 and told them it was broken. I spoke to the Manager Louis. He told me to take the item directly to Peg Perego in Randburg. I found this odd since I bought the item from BC. I took it anyway. When I got to Peg Perego they had no idea what I was talking about. I called Louis and told to him that he needs to give me a credit as I bought the item from him and that I would be coming to his store in 15 min for a refund so I can buy a working unit as I cannot take my baby around. He agreed, When I got to BC he changed his tune. I asked to speak to the owner. He put me through to Albert. His attitude was even worse than Louis and we got no help. He said that I can do what I want, he is to big and I can publish this on any website. This is what he thinks of his customers. I am now stuck with a broken car seat and stroller which is going to put me out of pocket to replace. I will never support baby city. Worst experience ever.
