I bought a meat pack from Woolworths Vangate just before Christmas. I prepared the meat for Christmas day and was disgusted in the quality of the meat. I cooked the meat for the prescribed time and to my surprise when I tried to cut the meat it was as hard as ever. My family was not able to enjoy the meat and I had to throw it away. I was so disgusted and dissapointed that I have waisted R180. What is more upsetting is that I have logged a complaint on their website and till now now reply or response. I am totally disgusted and appauled by the service.
