I am in the UK and my family in South Africa. I placed an order on the 14th of December, to ensure my mom and sister each have their Christmas present in time. I ordered a cat door stop for my mom and a bird cage clock for my sister. The door stop arrived on the 18th and I have emailed Mr price home to ask where the clock is and received no reply. I emailed again on the 24th, 28th and today and still had no reply. Your service is appalling - not so much as a "we are investigating the issue" NOTHING! You can learn a lot from some of the UK suppliers in the sense of customer service and issues. If ever I had a problem, I have always had a reply within 2 hours, it has been 12 days since my first enquiry. I would have liked to spend my money on mr Price home as I have with mr price clothing online (which I have had no problems so far with and have had thousands of Rands worth sent to the UK), but I will not be using you again. I will stick with the more competent shops from now on.
