I ordered the ps4 from another company just to be told it will only arrive the 20th. On launch day the 13th I went to CNA and asked if they dont perhaps have a extra unit available. They told me they did not order any themselves but will find out if any other branches have. To my luck someone cancelled their pre order, they organised to have the ps4 still the same day and promised that it will be even if they have to go fetch it themselves. That evening I received my ps4 all due to excellent service.
