I made a pre-order on GTA V on ps3.
The order was made 27-8-2013.
on moday 16-09-2013 I did a follow up asking will this order be shipped monday evening as with takealot and kalahari preorders since the launch date is tuesday and i will only recieve it then.
after a phonecall and 4 emails I finally recieved a mail confirming it will only be shipped the day of launch so i will only recieve it on wednesday.
I asked for cansellation as I can just as well go to any store tomorrow and pick a copy up.
4 emails laters I still wait for any for of responce regarding my cancellation.
I tried to cancel on the website twice and recieved a message that i will be contacted soon but 2 hours later the item is still shown as a active order and no form of communication has been made
