Musica in potchefstroom is honestly one of the worst music's i have been too, with constant CD's being late to arrive in the store despite being out in other branches. Musica honestly needs to jack up the game in the mall as they honest think that being the only music CD provider they can treat customers the way they do.
I have been to Musica everyday since the 7th in order to Purchase a CD advertised as release date the 7th in the magazine, it is still to date not available from your store after having received stock yesterday but no CD. The store shouldn't advertise that the CD will be available on the date yet not all stores have stock its really bad practicing. Having worked in retail all items where sent well before a release date to ensure customer satisfaction no matter the location all our branches had stock at launch.
False advertising is extremely poor business and if a launch cannot be made it would be a good idea to infrom staff as to why or when its expected rather than making me the client come back every day to check and get false promises.
Really feel like taking my business to the online markets with promised dates, Musica, very disappointing!
