The new Starcraft 2 expansion" heart of the swarm collectors edition" was coming out and I had pre-ordered my product from another supplier. 2 days before launch date I was told that they no longer had a copy of the game for me and I was devastated. I contacted ZA Gamer via their support email address at 10pm that evening and within 15 minutes and got a reply from a them letting me know that because it was a collector's edition and limit stock arrives in the country that they could not promise me but would do their best to source it for me. The very next morning I got an email letting me know that they had found a collectors copy and gave me a 10% discount over and above their already very good prices. On launch day it was delivered to my door and obviously I was ecstatic. I just want to thank ZA Gamer for going the extra mile and helping me out when no one else was interested. Big two thumbs up. If you are a gamer and want decent prices and excellent service... give ZA Gamer online store a go.
