The hub being a new store in the mall on the 04/12/2013 i went and look at their swim suit and there were 3 ladies assisting me, i picked one and i asked them about their policy on returning clothes and they said they do exchange and refund, so i went to the till did the same thing with the cashier and she also said if the hygiene sticker and price tags are still there i can return them that's when i payed for the staff. Late at night my husband brings home for me a beatiful swim suit wich was perfect and on the 06/12/2013 i returned the one i bought at the hubcand im told i can't return them due to hygiene purpose and i explain to Abel that's not what i was told before i payed and he says to me it states at the back of the slip so how was i suppose to know what the slip says when i didn't even payed yet and isn't their staff members there to give us the right information? I'm writing this report for the second time, the first one wrote it the same day the incident happened but i didn't get any responce please help...
