Parcel deliverd VERY VERY LATE!

On 25th November 2013 I bought a parcel (Gobii e-reader and a book) from [URL Removed] I trusted the online delivery dates as stated by the site to be 2 - 3 working days, even tough I paid extra for overnight couriers. It was to be a gift for someone on a special occasion that would have taken place on the 29th of November 2013.
I did not receive the parcel the next day or on the intended delivery date.(2 - 3 days)
After one week I still did not receive any of these above mentioned products. So I called the Customer Service Centre. After the long wait I finally got to talk to one of the clerks. I told him about my problem and he said that he would make work of it ASAP! For the first time I received an e-mail with a tracking number that I could use to track my parcel. I went to SAPO website and I typed in the tracking number. Only to find that the tracking number does not exist (and I "triple checked"). After another week I phoned the Customer Centre again only to find out that my parcel was delivered to a warehouse in Cape Town! But I live 600km from Cape Town in Springbok! I had to phone again!
Finally I got my parcel 4 weeks later! Without any re-imbursements!
VERY DISSAPOINTED
