On December the 20th 2012 i bought a Samsung 32inch TV and i was supposed to get aSamsung DVD for free with the TV. I have not received it up to date. I called and enquired and i was told that im the only customer has not received it i should be patient. What kind of service is that. Even the LG Home Theatre i bought with the TV is not working; its still with repairs. Now i dont have any DVD or radio. I would appreciate if i could receive some assistance.
