Good day... I placed an order for slops with the line in the sole which costs R23.99 however when I fetched my order they replaced the slop I orderd with a other slop which only costs R17.99??? and the 1 I got is extremely hard and very uncomfortable. I really need this slops for the weekend as I'm going on a beach outing and I'm furious because this isn't the 1st time you guys will replace something iv ordered online with something cheaper. The last time I ordered this beautiful floral scarf online and I received a purple dotted scarf instead. I think you guys should have the decency to contact the customer first before just replacing items within the order. I would like to receive the correct slops and I want it delivered to me free of charge as I went through a lot to go and fetch the order. I hope someone will get back to me asap so that I can get my correct order before sunday.like I said this isn't the 1st time this happend and the 1st time I let it slide because I took it as a mistake but its happening often now and iv heard many people complain about this problem.iv emailed the mr price help mailbox however no one has responeded as yet so I'm patiently waiting on feedback.
