New Scooter no free service as promised on date of

I bought my daughter a scooter from autoveld in September. Wanted a secondhand scooter but was persuaded that the new scooter comes with free services for the first year. Now with the first service due, no one ver promised that. I bought a scooter for R11000 here I could have bought a second hand one for half the price.
