I bought a samsung chat in august 2012 and in december 2012 it was broken already.i took it to game woodlands for repairs in dec i was promised they wil call me in 21days after 4weeks i went back they told me the fone cant be fixed like really??? they say the some charger port is broken hello on a 3months fone this is redicolous.between game and samsung some1 should do something or i will be writting on hellopeter everyday.
there is no way i will allow such a rip off.
i thought game valued quality more than anything and worst of it they never even called after that 21 days i had to go back to the store.
I will appreciate some cooperation and for that fone to be fixed.
